We love our local Mail Box & Pack. We not only have always had the best service there, but there is also never a big line, unlike at the post office. Plus, if we can't get our package delivered by USPS, they can also do UPS and FedEx. We have many more choices. We have a PO Box there, too. What an excellent service that is.

Recently packed five large paintings for air transport and put the two boxes together with some "one time: strap handles.
Two in wooden frames and three in Glass and metal frames.

The package arrived in great shape and there were no issues. It went through three different loading and unloading at various airports. The handles (stated to be one time use only) even made it the entire trip. Great care and thought went into the packaging.

I also appreciated the honesty of not packing one item as they could not guarantee it would not break. Very knowledgeable on air shipment and what will work best. Tim is the best!!!

I have also let the people I was staying with, in Hendersonville, know how well the packing was done.

Brandi is the best! When I needed a car title notarized, she was prompt and pleasant. I was in and out in five minutes. I even felt better about myself and my day after having done so. We’ve been customers & mail box holders of this Mail Box & Pack since late 2020–after the covid pandemic brought on a rise in porch pirate activity in our area. For peace of mind in all types of mail & shipping activities, we find this small local service business to be more than worth the annual box rental fee.

I shipped a package here which Fedex damaged. The staff and store manger worked with me to submit the claim, documentation to their insurance company. It took a few months and I was paid in full for the damage. Highly recommend this business.

I recently needed a tracking number. Tim emailed it to me. It didn't come up in the USPS system. I called back and got info that not all packages get scanned after they leave their facility. I then felt that maybe it had gotten lost. Tim called me back and had found my package had been delivered. He went above and beyond to ease my mind. Will always use them for my shipping!

I went to the Mail Box and Pack in Hendersonville, NC already dreading my transaction. I am not tech savvy, and felt a little embarrassed that I didn't know how to mail back a Fed Ex based package. Deb stepped in with her superhero cape and saved the day! (Or at least my dignity!) She was welcoming, kind, and PATIENT, walking me through the steps and talking care of it. Quick and easy last minute notary services!

We usually use the self-serve copy machines at Staples to print our annual Christmas letter, but today they were all broken. Mail Box & Print is a wonderful, local alternative just a few minutes away. They had plenty of staff for their holiday customers, and we were helped immediately. They did a test print for us, and let us adjust the file before processing the final order. This is our new go-to print shop. Thanks!

I needed to mail a package containing 2 expensive glass vases. The Asst. Manager, very friendly gentleman, helped me with the correct size box and my items were packaged securely. He explained the different ways to ship my package and also my insurance options. I left feeling confident my item was going to arrive safely. Been coming here for my shipping needs for over a decade and have had nothing but great, personable services provided with fair pricing. I accidentally forgot some hiking boots at a lodge in Asheville, North Carolina. The lodge coordinated with Mail Box and Pack to get those boots back to me. The service I received was exceptional and the value was extremely high. I got my boots back in less than a week with little to no hassle on my part. Having both virtual and physical mail boxes has proven to be a great service! The virtual mail box options are easy to navigate. The physical mail box is good insurance for those random package deliveries and collection by a friend.

Every time I've gone here, the customer service is so friendly, helpful and personal. I recently worked with Tim (I think he is the owner?) on a custom box, and he was just so nice, communicating about it with me multiple times and willing to figure it out with me. He even called me later to make sure I was satisfied with it. I'm not sure if that's a service they normally provide, but whatever the service, my impression is that they really try to work with you to get what you need.

Recently shipped a odd package to Canada. The Mail box & pack team selected a box, packed the item and shipped efficiently. They are my go too!
