We first got started as a pack and ship company in 1990, so you can be confident that our 30 years of experience will make your experience exceptional.
At Mail Box & Pack, some of our customers come in with their items already carefully packed in one of the cardboard boxes they had on hand. Some customers need a little more help with their packing. Whether it’s something fragile, awkward to pack or you simply don’t have the time, we have the expertise and materials to get it packed for you quickly and safely. We’ll give your items the white glove treatment to make sure they arrive intact and on-time. Of course, even our best work sometimes isn’t enough to protect against careless handling, so we also offer insurance options to make sure valuable items are protected if they do somehow get damaged or lost by a carrier.
Most carriers provide a minimum of $50 to $100 in insurance coverage for any package, but did you know that the wrong choice of packing materials (including a previously used box) can invalidate a claim? Whether shipping local or international, we always pack with materials approved by our carriers: USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
