Just passing through, happened to find this inviting little packing and shipping shop. They have it all together with friendly service to boot! Deb is the name of the person who helped me with the best options the two packages I needed to mail (USPS had the best prices in this instance, but you can use other delivery services, too). She gave me some great NY state hotspots to add to my must-see travel list, as well.

Let me start by saying I have come in to this location and shipped many items to many places and they have always done a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the most recent time there were some packing errors and the items I dropped off to ship did not make it to the receiver in good condition. This caused an unfortunate chain of events between me and the buyer that bought the item. When I came in to discuss the incident I got to meet with Kyle (owner) and Tim (Manager). Kyle and Tim went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right due to the unfortunate packing error. Listen, we are all humans and we all make mistakes. I don't want this review to ever discourage anyone from coming in to do business here. This is a wonderful shop that stands by their work. They proved that to me. I can honestly say the world needs more humans like Kyle and Tim and we need more businesses like this one. If you need something packed and shipped, go here. If you need a mailbox rental, go here. If you have a little girl who loves toys (like I do), go here and buy her a toy. Support local businesses and ABSOLUTELY support this local business. I know that I will!

I had to mail something quickly this morning on my way to Asheville and stopped at a different place to do business. The employee made me feel like I was a burden and couldn’t believe that I actually came in to mail something.
