Full-Service- Free up your time by handing off high-volume or complex copying to a team member. Every time I've gone here, the customer service is so friendly, helpful and personal. I recently worked with Tim (I think he is the owner?) on a custom box, and he was just so nice, communicating about it with me multiple times and willing to figure it out with me. He even called me later to make sure I was satisfied with it. I'm not sure if that's a service they normally provide, but whatever the service, my impression is that they really try to work with you to get what you need.

Thank you, Kyle!⭐️ Do NOT go here if you want to ship FedEx Smart Post! I took my package and they were going to send it USPS. (The Smart Post service goes to FedEx first, then goes to USPS). I tried to explain it needed to go by FedEx and showed them, in writing, the instructions I received when I printed the label (see photo). It said in capital, bold letters to NOT send USPS but FedEx. He (the owner I assume) would not look at what I was trying to show him. He states I was wrong and handed me my package back telling me to take it to FedEx even though they are a FedEx drop off. As I was leaving he told the other employees loudly it didn’t matter anyway because he wouldn’t make any money off of me. Well, I’ve been coming there for years and you HAVE made money off me, as I have purchased things there, including postage. I took my package to FedEx and they happily took it.

Where do I start. Here's the long story told short. I found this large sign at a antique store while staying in Saluda,NC. I took it to a mailing center in Lander, Saluda and Tryon and everyone told me they couldn't ship because it was too big. I found a place in Lander that said they could send it but they couldn't assure me that it would be in good condition once I received it. I left and that night we had that tropical storm come through and we had no power, the entire surrounding towns. I was extremely pressed for time as we were leaving the next morning to drive back to Myrtle Beach, SC. I drove to Hendersonville with little hope. I went to the mailing center in Hendo and as before I was told "its too big". I googled "ship large sign" into google and ( Mail Box & Pack ) popped up. I called and spoke with Tim Kuykendall the store manager, I told him what was going on and he was literally walking out the door. He waited on me to arrive and after talking things over he told me he would personally deliver my sign, as he was planning on coming to Myrtle Beach. Im proud to say Tim Kuykendall personally delivered my sign this mouring. Absolutely legend this guy is!!!! I was so stoked about the sign because its $500-$1,200 all day, lady at store said make a offer I was about to say $200 and I walked off to look at something else and she comes bk and says $40!!!!! Sold I said!!! Not even thinking about how the heck im getting it bk to Myrtle Beach, lol... So........ Tim Kuykendall you are my hero and you're a legend man!!!! I can't thankyou you enough!!!!!

They are more expensive than direct with carriers however, worth every penny. For several reasons. They own what they do and they do it right. When there were problems they responded perfectly, professionally, and politely. They have always tried to make me whole in every dealing I have had. Secondly, I like doing business locally with people I can look in eye and believe their word. They have proven their honesty MANY times. Yes, I could pay less however, they are a time multiplier. Always very helpful, professional, and kind! Even when our toddlers are running around the store (I love that they carry the Melissa & Doug activity books). The remodel is beautiful, too. If you haven't been in since the new ownership, you should. It's the only place I go for shipping and printing. The PO Boxes have an actual street address which is great for a business, and if you need someone to receive a package for you, so you're not worried about it being left in the rain or missing it all together.

I (kurt not Vikki) want to thank Tim Kuykendall for the SUPERIOR service and care he gave me to get the correct return label from a vendor so I did not have to go home and deal with it another day(I had printed it incorrectly). I was a customer in the store when the previous reviewer (Fitzpatrick whomever) was trying to receive his illegally obtained wine. I overheard him telling them he can not receive wine in South Carolina (where he lives) so to skirt around the little thing we like to call "THE LAW" he sent his wine to them in N.C. He was very rude to the employees Hey dude, OBEY THE LAW and leave the good folks there alone. They told you they would do everything they could and by your own admission, they did.
