Shout out to Tim who contacted me while I was out of town about what he identified as important mail which he then forwarded to me. This is what customer service (and kindness) look like. Really above and beyond.

If I need anything having to do with mail, shipping or packing, Mail Box and Pack is your first choice. Becca helped me yesterday, and again today, with an annoying issue created by me. I met Becca yesterday for the first time. She remembered me and my name today! In this constant high tech with heads buried in our tablets world, how very nice it was to be acknowledged.

While visiting Hendersonville, I needed to ship two large pieces of pottery and a heavy, artistically framed beveled mirror back to Florida. I found Mail Box & Pack through a Google search and appreciated how conveniently located they were to where I was staying.

From the moment I walked in, Tim and Becca immediately put my mind at ease. They understood not only the logistics of shipping fragile items, but also the deep sentimental value these heirloom pieces held for me. Their confidence, experience, and genuine care were evident from the start.

Tim personally followed up with a call to confirm the ship date and let me know exactly when I could expect the three packages to arrive in Florida. Everything arrived right on schedule.

As I unwrapped each item, it was clear how much care had gone into the packing—multiple layers of padding and protective materials that ensured the pottery and glass were completely secure, even if mishandled in transit.

Staff is professional and friendly.

We love our local Mail Box & Pack. We not only have always had the best service there, but there is also never a big line, unlike at the post office. Plus, if we can't get our package delivered by USPS, they can also do UPS and FedEx. We have many more choices. We have a PO Box there, too. What an excellent service that is.

Recently packed five large paintings for air transport and put the two boxes together with some "one time: strap handles.
Two in wooden frames and three in Glass and metal frames.

The package arrived in great shape and there were no issues. It went through three different loading and unloading at various airports. The handles (stated to be one time use only) even made it the entire trip. Great care and thought went into the packaging.

I also appreciated the honesty of not packing one item as they could not guarantee it would not break. Very knowledgeable on air shipment and what will work best. Tim is the best!!!
